As I was checking all my bills with a black light tonight, I noticed something very interesting. All the bills has one side in Arabic and the other side in English. Would this be a sign the currency will change in the somewhat near future?

Not sure about that but the old Saddam Dinars did also have an English side.

Actually both sides are Arabic. One side is Western Arabic (I suppose what you would call English) and the other is Eastern Arabic which you should have learnt by now if you've had your Dinars for a while and wanted to check the serial numbers. The numbers 0-9 in the English language were actually devised from a melting pot of Indian, Arab and Greek numerals in Baghdad which was a centre for cultural learning in 0771. Not sure what was happening in the US then. :rolleye03
UAE Dirhams also have 'English' numerals on one side and 'Arabic' on the other. It means nothing apart from they were using 0-9 long, long before us.

All the money I have dealth with in this region (bahrain dinar, saudi riyal, kuwait dinar, and iraq dinar) have english on one side. Just helps for tuorists and other natioalities when they come to the countries and need to spend money.
