All - this is good enough I wanted to start a new thread rather than bury it in another. I asked Amer about the dinar swap scenario and he replied quickly with the following (below, find most of my initial email to him)

I have purchased 7 million dinar from you and there is (again) speculation that there will be a currency exchange on the investorsiraq.com forum. The current talk is there would be a 30-day in-country transfer to a new denomination and I remember you stating once that you would exchange dinar if this were to happen but only for people who purchased with you. Is that still the case? Would there be any fee associated with such an exchange?
