They actually sound serious this time! I mean, not like "why so serious?" serious, but serious like they want to get the rest of the oil pumped in their country and get their people to work!

Target date seems to be Dec.31
Last year Maliki said that 08 was going to be
the year of the economy. If they get the
oil and gas law and the budget settled then
09 will be the year of the economy, hands down.

Question is for us, will they increase the exchange rate before
economic growth or let it rise with the tide. I don't even want to think
of any other scenario.
