What is gulf bank? I have never seen that on the ISX before. How do I know If I got paid up shares? Does Warka email you?

Check the news section of the Warka Website.....

Gulf is a traded bank in the ISX.....although it may not be currently trading.....

The 16% was suppose to be free shares as well, but not heard anything more on that from the initial announcement on 22nd September 2008. :sadsmile:

You earn the money when you sell. Everything looks good on paper. Heck...even the NY Yankees look good on paper and they haven't won in some time. The question is when you want to sell your stock, will you get your money back. Hope you get your $ back when you sell without any glitches.

I emailed Mr I and the ISX department of Warka yesterday regarding the 16% free shares.

No reply yet, but I will post when I receive an answer.

I have sold some of my stock, and wired the money back to my US account, no problems. Good luck to all investors.

That's great Buck..:yes: For the record, I was referring to Gulf banks 3Q financial report that stated the 1600% GOI for Gulf Banks balance sheet..

Still good for those that hold the stock!!!:wink:

Every once in awhile, there is a post here about free and paid up shares. You are better off to keep checking Warka's website for news. There was a couple times I almost missed out. Warka doesn't send you emails about it.
