Pay a tax out of our pay

Is it possible to get some of this FED OASDI/EE OR FED MED/EE
BACK DURING TAX RETURNS. THIS IS A TAX WE ALL PAY AS CONTRACTORS?

Plus I heard GW is trying to pass a law that will allow some of us that have been in Iraq 2 years the chance to collect all of our money without taxes.:confused:

I don't know about getting the taxes back though.
