I just wish more people thought like this. Right now Egypt is trying for peace. All Israel wants is Hamas to quit firing rockets into Israel. That's all, but NO, Hamas, the dumbasses keep firing and the Israelis are sick of it. You are right. These people, tribes, countries have all been at war of hundreds of years. They won't stop.

Just my opinion:
Iraq would be re-infected with extremists and corruption if the 2011 timetable is followed. Obama has a chance to turn an unpopular war into a “win” so to speak (may be not the best choice of words) if he was to extend the support if needed to the people of Iraq.
