Head of the Committee for the implementation of Article 140 of the Constitution Raed Fahmi Jihad said “The amounts allocated to the Commission are not sufficient, indicating that he called during the meeting of the Finance Committee, on Saturday, Feb.28, with members of the Iraqi Parliament committees to increase the budget allocated to the Commission to 500 million US$ at least.”
