Met with Mr. Massoud Barzani, President of Kurdistan region on Monday with the governor and the head of the provincial council of Kirkuk, officials of the Office of regulations and the branch of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan Democratic Party in Kirkuk.
Talks during the meeting which was attended by Messrs. Kosirt Messenger Vice President of Kurdistan Region and Kamal Karagoki Vice President of the Parliament of Kurdistan, the situation in Kirkuk and the implementation of Article 140 and ways to improve the living conditions of all components of the city, was also at the meeting emphasized the need to implement Article 140 of the Constitution.
On a related level, he met with Mr. Massoud Barzani, Kurdistan's president on Monday in the resort of Salah al-Din in the new Russian ambassador to Iraq Hovaiev Valerian and his accompanying delegation.
They also discussed the current political situation in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, said the President of Kurdistan Region to the region's commitment to the Iraqi constitution.
For his part, the Russian Ambassador was pleased to visit the Kurdistan Region, praised the development and security in the Territory.
