It is really quite simple-pass the HCL,give big oil and other large companies the safety guarantees they need, both physical and monetary-I know they have passed the investment law,but I believe it needs refining, reval the currency to give the Iraqi people buying power, end the corruption that is rampant (hang a few,and they will get the message),and then get the goverment out of the way (this is good advise for the US),and step back and watch Iraq blossom.Big companies will move into Iraq in a big way, employment will skyrocket, small businesses will flourish, and Iraq will fulfill their destiny that is spelled out in the bible, and Iraq will rise up and be the most powerful nation on earth financially-and then-----------------------------------------well read the bible and it will tell you what is going to happen.

This makes it more clear the reality of what most Iraqis make, compared to the amounts invested by those invested in the ISX. Understanding this is key, to comprehend the future investment potential, as a result of investing at this early stage.
