According to a corporate news in the Iraqi market for securities, it has been decided to stop trading shares in Baghdad car services on 17-5-2009, for the following reasons:
1 - to amend the name of the company (a company of Baghdad, trade and service vehicles).
2 - Election of new board.
3 - Increase the company's capital by 200% in accordance with article 55 / I of the Companies Act.
The bulletin also noted that the date of the meeting of the Assembly will be on 31-5-2009 at the headquarters of the company, noting that the company Sarshm Baghdad car services in the Iraqi market for securities is 16.000 dinars.
