I am trying to set up my account at Rabee Securities, and boy are there a lot of hoops to go through. (application wise).

Have you gone through this (Rabee investors)?
Certification of ID (Arab American Chamber of commerce, etc)
Rabee Applications,
ISX Applications,
Transfer of money...


It seems Warka was a little easier.
