Launched by the Ministry of Finance the budget of the Constitutional Article 140 of 2009 of $ 280 million, including the supplementary budget.
The official source in the article 140 of the Commission in a press statement that the Committee had received formal approval from the Ministry of Finance to transfer the budget for the Commission to balance particular for direct compensation, regardless of Kurds deported from Kirkuk and Arabs coming to them.
The source added that the budget will help to exchange the instruments of the deportees and the arrivals within the budget for the amount of 280 million U.S. dollars.
