R said that things are moving slow because of the bombings and what not. Poor girl. Good thing I am a patient person. Wouldn't want to add to her stress. I think if we could, we should all chip in and send her something from us here at the forum for all her wonderful help and support. Never mind her patience with us.

R has been outstanding!! :happy64: We need to come up with a plaque or something....FOR SERVICES ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY!! AND FOR HAZARDOUS WORKING CONDITIONS!!

Plus I wanted to report....and this is not confirmed yet....I emailed R asking for clarification on this.....but I just got my second deposit slip from her for our second wire transfer we sent. Our first deposit slip she sent was hand written. The one we just received yesterday appears to be computer generated. You can tell because of the tractor feed holes on both ends of the slip. I emailed her and asked if that meant the bank was now computerized. Will report what her response is. If Warka is now computerized, I feel this is getting us one step closer to the Dinar going on the world market as well as the ISX getting ready to open up!! WE ARE SO EXCITED!! :happy64:

Hello Kelley. Good morning.I`m new to this forum so forgive me if I irritate you with this question, but what is this about? Wire transfers for? To open an account in Iraq or to get more dinars? Could you please send me some info on this. Thank you.

Of course you won't irritate me. I love questions that I can answer and love to be of help.

The account an opened is at Warka Bank in Baghdad. The reason for this account for me is:

1. To put money in slowly and have transfered over into Dinar at the CBI rate.

2. To have money in Dinar ready for when the ISX is availble for me to start trading.

I am sure there are other reasons for difference people, but basicly those are the BIG TWOs.

If you would like I can send you the information on it once I get home tonight. I totally have it all grouped up for you with simple instructions. I will be home tonight around 1700/5pm my time in Washington.

This is how you open an account at WARKA Bank in IRAQ with R

1. Simply send an e-mail in the format of scan two requesting the accounts.
2. Type both scans into a business letter format with your signature block on the bottom and sign both letters before you scan.
3. Scan your drivers licence or passport
4. Save all three documents as a jpg.
5. Email them all in one email that states all that is in scan 2.
6. Email to
