I read the article you referred to. I have never heard of this journalist and it is always good to have some new blood out there in the media to have a look at. We must be careful when reading what journalist write especially when their stuff is agenda based. This journalist is also agenda based towards the liberal side and you know that as soon as you read his action line for this article: "Uncovering the 'Armed Madhouse' of the Bush reign of greed, fear and stolen elections" …pretty obvious.
Well here’s another action line by another journalist: "What’s good for America is bad for Democrats, and what’s good for Democrats is bad for America" -Rush Limbaugh
With all the great news happening in Iraq on the war on terror that has occurred over the past few days, it is very apparent that "The Media" is completely invested in defeat, I mean they cannot talk with any enthusiasm about the good news over in Iraq. They want so badly to talk about the bad that happens. I guess in my own wisdom, I can look at what’s happening and see it for myself, and when I hear any journalist put a spin on it and report it differently, I see the difference clearly.
If you want to read some real stuff, check out real action line articles like these:
"Captured Papers Show Weakening Insurgency"
"Iraq Eyes First Kurkuk Exports in nearly a year"
"AL-Qaeda Facing Destruction"
"AL-Qaeda coming to an end in Iraq"
"US troops will stay until Iraq can defend itself"
"Senate Rejects US Troop Pullout in Iraq"
They can be found at: http://www.iraqdaily.com/ (http://www.iraqdaily.com/)
Your referenced post indicates that Bush wants Iraqs’ oil privatized so he can have it for himself!
During his trip to Iraq a few days ago, he reminded the Iraqi government that the oil belong to the Iraqi people:
"The policy of the United States government is to stand with this new government and help them succeed, and we will do what it takes to help them," Bush said.
"I reminded the Iraqi government that their oil belongs to the Iraqi people and the government has the responsibility to be good stewards of that valuable resource, " Bush said.
I guess your journalist didn’t get this part right!
Here’s another revelation about "The Media":
"When a Democratic president is office, all good and bad news relevant to his administration is reported as good news, and when a Republican president is in office, all good and bad news relevant to his administration is reported as bad news"- USAKIDD
