The coordinating body in the province of Kirkuk on Monday, 15/6/2009, under the chairmanship of Ali Hama Amin, head of the Provincial Council, regular meeting, attended by representatives of all the lists of the Council and the meeting was devoted to discussion of the organization of meetings of the coordinating body in accordance with formulas and new mechanisms, where the participants confirmed the importance of meetings of the Board to discuss outstanding issues and the task and preparing for the meetings of the Council of the province and with respect to new mechanisms for the meetings of the Board it was decided the following:

1.That the presidency be periodic meetings between the three components by Four consecutive meetings of the component to start the Turkmen preside from the date of 22/6/2009.
2nd meetings in the room adjacent to the Office of the Vice-President of the Provincial Assembly and in the very first hours of ten am every Monday in the week.
3rd nomination of Mr. (Mohamed Awad), Rapporteur of the Commission.
4. Upon arrival to the state closed the discussion of the topic are to host the President of the Council of the province to attend the meeting.
5th in the event of the inability of the body to hold its meeting on the scheduled day for some reason to postpone the meeting on Wednesday the same week.
