Hadi told «Middle East»: not sure yet of the motives of Baghdad

Description Nawzad Hadi, the governor of Erbil, a draft law proposed by the federal government in Baghdad and calling for the allocation of half the U.S. $ per barrel of oil to the provinces which the oil is extracted from its territory in Iraq, as a goodwill gesture, but the law should include the provinces of the region's oil-producing well, any of Arbil and Dohuk.
