Add a Dinar Fact section

In this section there would be nothing but fact NOT speculation about Iraqi Dinar. (I have to go with Blake on this one). Not the economy, not speculative news or commentaries... Just plain fact such as laws and reliable news as it happens that talks about Dinar and Dinar only. I think this is the meat that people want.
