Dear IraqiXchange,
With all due respect the info your providing for sample & for a fee is the same info anyone can get on each company website or ISX website.
The value added would be an interpretation of the books like ratio indicators and techincal analysis review of the charts price action.
Yes I've been working on some reports myself. So I'm just saying if your going to bring something to the forum especially for a fee it should have boats loads of value.
For the most part we all here provide each other with information readily available to us all.
My words are meant as contrusctive. The more as a community of investors we can bring positive light and prespective to the ISX. I think the faster we can all become enriched.
Respectfully,
DB

Dear DB,
Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback.
Please note that the attached report is not for sale and is only a condensed summary of the actual publication we provide to our partners (mostly professional or institutional investors). While it is true that the majority of the information presented in our report is public information, the added value is actually derived by analyzing this data on a historical basis to understand trends and then comparing with comptetitors.
IMEIB is one of the few fortunate companies trading on the ISX with a website. We have similar reports for every company trading on the ISX, regardless of whether they have a website or not.
Techinical analysis, fundamental interpretation of the presented report and stock/sector recommendations are examples of our services to professional/institutional investors. Please contact us for more details.

Here's where investors will differ, let me explain. Some ISX investors have access to detailed corporate information, others do not. I appreciate the knowledge shared among the forum, but I see a benefit here. IraqiXchange posted free information multiple times that I found very useful and unpublished previously on this forum. I made a post here regarding my interest to buy analytical documents at a lower price, and they lowered the price on their website for the analysis I wanted. I don't often see posts that show what a bank/transport company investment holding position is, that coupled with P/E ratios, or a somewhat current Book Price...but I know how to read the financial documents. I obtained what I wanted for a fraction of what my ISX investment is worth. Until my broker (Warka) provides this type of analysis, I'll continue with my relationship regarding IraqiXchange. I'm not pumping, just satisfied with what I see from them. Lighten up a little, investors need tools, not darts.

There are not much stock to choose from. Many good stocks are easy to detect, like Warka. You can tell by their expansion and news. Baghdad Soft Drinks (with a strong brand). Many are cheap in P/E, which I don't think it is worth to pay for info...unless you invest millions of USD, or day trade. If you are in the thousands USD...not worth it IMO. Hey, but what do I know =)

Much agreed. I want construction stocks, Nukhba, Fallujah, & Khazer...but after seeing stats I haven't seen before, I feel better about my selections and changes. Sooner than later, you will need to know financial stats...if you have a better resource, I'm all ears :cool-too:

I dont mean to brag but since September 2009, our portfolio has gone up 23% (excluding dividends) while the ISX dipped 14%.
Now that, dear investors, is the power of knowledge..
Uncool post. Anyone in land transport & badia knows where your numbers are coming from. I achieved that before I knew you...compliments to Seaview & Crow.

Both Crow & Seaview keep themselves updated with companies data, which gives them an edge to pick winners. Both their contributions as well as those of all IIF members are greatly appreciated. I also think that Babylon is a great contributor by screening out the latest iraqi news and posting it on IIF. Truly, you should all be proud to belong to this wonderful community...
On another topic, our diversified portfolio consists of 20 stocks across all industries. We dont claim to have the 'best' portfolio, simply a solid, well diversified portfolio built to outperform.

I double this and appreciate value any one supplies for one reason or the other. I do see IraqXchange stuff may become valuable to some major investors if done right and good for the ISX, I wish him well and appreciate his input.:sun:
