It seems to me that Warka is back in business, and will be trading again sometime this year. The accounts are now being protected and backed by the CBI and the government. I don't see anything bigger than that besides CitiBank now publiclly aiding Iraqi banks to enter the global financial system. Now the only thing that is missing is for the Brokerage Firms like Warka's to have their own websites.

Warka arent back in business

They arent allowing people to withdraw funds

Their ISX dept is still shut

They are still delisted from the ISX

Mastercard have pulled the plug on them

The questions that remains is this?

Will they ever get back in business?.......If so, when is the possible timeline?..........if not...then what will happen?...
