Anyone else having problems?

I have been trying to set-up a bank account with Warka and have been unable to get a responce from R. I have sent two e-mails (one a couple weeks ago and one about 2 days ago) and have gotten no reponce at all. Was wondering is anyone else is having problems communicating with R or if it just bad luck and my e-mails got lost in the many I am sure she recieves daily.

it's taking her a little longer to respond because often their internet access is down and account volumes are up. also, if you're sendng large files, i.e. photo id, it may have bounced.

try sending a courteous follow-up email re: status.

Just make sure your jpeg files are saved in the smallest file size you can get away with without distorting the document. Otherwise, it will come back at you saying Randda's mailbox is full or not make it through at all if it is too big. It took me about 3 weeks before I finally got a return reply from R. But now that everything is set up, there are no problems at all. When I did finally get a response from her, I had resent my info and cc'd a copy to the main email address: warkabank@alwarkabank.com as well as the hotmail email account.

Hey Wilson, it’s taking several days even to get response for simple issues. Best bet is resend to same address with reminder. Also one advise, do not send your sensitive information to 2-3 emails. I can see several members of the board have confirmed one email address, other emails are not. Most who sent to other emails also copied to original email address i.e. warkabank@hotmail.com. Last response I received is 3 days ago after 10 days delay with 2 reminders. I used only one address until now. Situation in Baghdad is very tense and most of the time no electricity. She carries work to home and works until midnight. Now you can imagine. You definitely don’t hang your personal information in different places, as it is risky to start with. Just friendly advise.

Several times when I had posted about transfering money to Warka (savings account) to have a greater return for dinars, and to be prepared for the ISX, some members almost immediately said that they wouldn't
"put all their eggs in one basket".

But there is a serious issue that no one had discussed !!

As we all, collectively put all our $$$ eggs in one Warka basket, we have limited access to our funds, I mean...

a) not to answer our emails
b) go on vacation
c) transfer
d) quit
e) maternity leave
f) fly to switzerland and retire with dinars
g) other - use your imagination

what other contact do we have ?
Of course some of us will be on that flight from Jordon. But what about the rest of us ? I knew this was a risky investment when I went into this , But to place all our faith on one woman makes as much sense as a Billion dollar company named after Martha Stewart.

Do we have other contacts ? other Numbers to call ? other Email addresses ?
