Recently read an article where India is said to be a huge future opportunity and being so, compared to China in future years. Any thoughts out here? Has anyone else come across any information? Thanks for your time and consideration.

I think India can be compared to China right now. Investing in the Rupee might be a good idea in the future. The current rate of the Rupee is around $.02 and would logically mover higher with a stregthening economy. However, like China, the Indian govt. is not allowing the Rupee to float much because it knows that keeping the Ruppe artificially low boosts its FDI and exports, which strengthens the economy. It is essentially pegged to the USD. The thing to look for is any statement from the Indian govt. or central bank(Reserve Bank of India) talking about the possibility of letting the Rupee float more freely. Probably worth something like $.10 in the free-floating market, which is, what, like a 400% return on the curtrent rate.

Good information, thanks for sharing it. I'll be keeping an eye on the Indian Rupee as well as the Chinese Yuan and Vietnamese Dong.
