Al-Hilal Industries - Paid Up Shares

Dear Warka Investors,

We would like to bring to your kind attention that AL-Hilal Industries has announced that it will be issuing 50% paid up shares at the price of IQD (1 per share) for those shares held and owned prior to holding its general assembly meeting.

Investors are to submit their authorization letters to purchase the paid up shares by April 28th 2010 Warka business hours noting that any requests received after this date and working hours will be considered null and void by our good bank.

I sent two signed request for Al-Hilal Industries and I got two responses saying that my letters are not signed. I have been sending these requests since paid up shares where offered. Any suggestions?

That is a mystery.

You signed the letter,
scanned it,
and sent it as an attachment.

Only suggestion is bring up the "SENT" email and review it to see if the signature is visible. Maybe the ink didn't scan.

I too think it's a document issue...check the jpg you sent them, if it's clear, are you a proxy holder or do you trade in your fair name?

I checked my sent email and sure enough it was not signed, Imust of attached the wrong doc.

I just got partial shares of Hilal shown deducted in my Warka account is this normal , got about 20% of what i requested. any one here had similar experience please let me know, thanks

It's normal. Sometimes Warka divided this deduction for two parts, the first is the shares which you have in a proxy account and the second one - the shares which you have in your good name. So, it's a normal and you will get second part any day now.
