Wasted hours? I would say not all are wasted. I have LEARNED a lot from hours of reading/researching. I would say what I've wasted is the time and brain cells GUESSING when and how much. So I'm not voting.

Hey can I change my vote? It won't happen until the oil starts flowing! And they cann't stop the destruction on the pipelines. When they start to get a handle on that then I can see the Iraqi Dinar going up in value. That won't happen for a long time. I vote would change to at least a year from now.:( :wave:

I don't know about anyone else but this "Dinar thing" has been worth the price of a mil in entertainment value, if nothing else. Who knows, this may be my one big shot at escaping the confines of the corporate world! :mad:

the dinar is listed on the trading board at LSEX, it is listed on most of the online boards and is now listed as 'futures'.

New to this investment. So I have time. I do hope this hits in the near future for those of you that have been in for quite some time.

Some long term investors are scaring me, selling their dinar. I did invest what I could afford to lose.

It's a gamble and I do like to gamble. But I do think this has better odds than some slot machines that I have played.

I have to agree with this thought process.

I used to think Spring/Summer of '06 :no: , until I started to factor in these items...

-continued unrest as of late
-lack of aggressive movent forward with getting more oil out of the ground, no matter what the reasons
-IMF Standby agreement until Spring 2007

These things all lead me to think late '06, early '07.

Let's hope I'm wrong :confused:

I don't agree.

This currency will be mostly based on the stability of the government and the amount of actual GDP of the country.

While I don't think they should wait for a long, long time, I do think it would make sense to wait until they start getting more money produced from the country, i.e. more oil out of the ground.

The more money the country can produce, the more value the Dinar will have.

If it hits the exchange in the near future, they just aren't producing enough GDP for the Dinar to be worth much until they do.
