Dear Warka Clients,

For those clients using comcast as their domain please note that we are receiving your emails and replying back but we keep receiving a failure to deliver message.

To ensure that our correspondences are well exchanged please use a different domain such as yahoo or hotmail.

Best regards,

Comcast sucks. Been trying to get them to resolve this for over a month. All I get is Gunga Din on the other side of the world telling me it is a MS Outlook issue. F'n idiot. I have had 4 or 5 transactions that I have to guess what is happening by looking at my accounts online because of the email block.

In chat with Comcast now. This is my opening:
XXX@warka-bank-iq.com that is the email that is being blocked. You started blocking it over a month ago and it is a valid email server that many people here in the US can use. I recieved pathetic assistance from Comcast the other night and was blown off as if it was a MS Outlook issue. The only reason I keep my full IT (cable, etc) with comcast is because I do not want to change my email address. If not for that I would be going to FIOS in a heart beat. If you can not fix this now, give me to a manager. I dont have time to waste with you (comcast) again on this.

Did you read this stuff from CC?
http://security.comcast.net/get-help/comcast-post-master-page.aspx#rejectedEmail

Looks like you need to get the ERROR code from from the returned/blocked email that is sent back to Warka. This would give you the info you need to figure this out.

The return message will have an error code, and the web link above will provide you the FAQ for the specific error code. Once you access the FAQ it will explain how to correct this. We certainly do not want to cause any inconvenience, but these measures are designed to prevent spam. If you are using a shared server, others may have used it for spam causing the trouble.

I had been working on and off on this for the last month however now with the Warka announcement I know it is not just me. That being the case it is at the Comcast server end and outside of any error I can catch. Mr. I and I have been communicating a little in this regard and he sent me what he had. Comcast needs to put someone on this. They changed their config about a month ago and now they block the warka email address :headbang::headbang:

ALL USERS on this forum should consider using HOTMAIL or YAHOO for your Warka account... and actually, for ALL your e-mail. If you move, change your internet, Comcast (for example) is bought out by another company, your current provider is not available at your new home, etc., you will be trying to change everything over whereas if you had Hotmail or Yahoo, you can use them where ever you are and theoretically forever.

I was having problems receiving messages from Warka years ago (and I posted it here) because of Verizon which is when I realized that if I ever moved (and I have) I may not have access to Verizon (Verizon does not service where I now live) and I would lose that e-mail address. I switched over to Hotmail for EVERYTHING and I have no issues with messages from Warka or anyone else. It took me a little while to update all my e-mail addresses to the Hotmail address, but it was VERY worth the effort!

And lastly - Hotmail is FREE!

I am changing my email to a hotmail address. What Warka department should I contact to do this. Should I just email Mr. I? Thanks for any help.
