There is no civil war. They do not have two factions fighting an all out war to control the government or a faction fighting to suceed from the country and form its own country and government. What they have are terrorists trying to foment a civil war or, at the least, foment anarchy. This is not the Northern Alliance vs. the Taliban or Croatia vs. Serbia. If only the muslims (sunni and shia) would figure out that their religion and the koran could not possibly support the blowing up of their houses of worship and fellow muslims (let alone innocent non-muslims), then the insurgents/terrorists could be eliminated in short order. However, I have little faith they will figure this out given the way they reacted to the Danish cartoons and the fact that they seem incapable of figuring out that Al Queda in Iraq is their real enemy, not the U.S. which wants out as soon as it is safe to leave them on their own.:mad: :mad:
