Norway’s DNO runs the Tawke oil field in Dohuk in a joint venture (http://www.hurriyetdailynews.com/n.php?n=genel-enerji-sells-northern-iraq-oil-stakes-2010-10-17) with Turkey’s Genel Enerji and the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG). The Norwegian company has dramatically cut back its production (http://af.reuters.com/article/energyOilNews/idAFLDE6AA0DH20101111) at the facility because it doesn’t have an export license.
