Baghdad, Feb. 19 (AKnews) MP from Gorran Kurdish opposing bloc said Saturday that the verbal argument that occurred between his bloc and Kurdistan Blocs Coalition (KBC) is normal thing and can occur in a democratic atmosphere, while MP from KBC accused Gorran bloc of destabilizing the situation that Kurdistan region is living in and moving the on-going events in Baghdad province to the secure and economically stable region.

"At first, the refused, the second deputy refused the reading of the statement despite the approval of the parliament speaker, then the statement was presented to the Second Deputy Aref Tayfur who requested to amend certain paragraphs or lift them up and this was done by Gorran bloc, and the statement was read but two members in KBC objected the reading and accused the members of the bloc of being traders, thus prompting a member of Gorran to describe them as Baathists."
The member of Gorran bloc called the presidency of the parliament, and in accordance with Article (43) of the internal parliamentary rules, to respect the session and delete the verbal argument that happened at today's meeting and not to broadcast it on television.
Saeid Khashnaw, a member of the KBC stated that what happened is normal and democratic, and there is no disagreement between the KBC and Gorran bloc.
"The events that took place in Sulaimaniya are caused by the subduction of some terrorists among the demonstrators, and after the demonstartion, those persons headed to the headquarters of the party and threw stones on it, asking "Is the headquarters of the KDP the place to provide services so that protest was done in front of it and thrown by stones, especially since the demonstration was peaceful and took the necessary approvals."
While MP Mahma Khalil from KBC accused Gorran bloc of seeking to change the situation experienced by Kurdistan region and move the on-going events in Baghdad to the stable region.

Sulaimaniya province, one of the provinces of Iraqi Kurdistan witnessed on Thursday demonstrations demanding of changing the educational situation in the province and clashes occurred between protesters and security men led to the downfall of a number of dead and wounded persons.
Khalil said that the statement of Gorran bloc violates the Constitution and the law and the principles of democracy, noting that it was full of incitement and distortion of facts in order to affect the stable security situation in the province and create the hatred atmosphere and split the Kurds.
Khalil said that Gorran bloc passed over the rights and struggles of people of Kurdistan and the political parties, stressing on that the public, economic, and political rights are guaranteed in the region, refusing to transfer the tensed atmosphere in Baghdad, the center and south to the region in order to confuse the situation there.
Khalil accused the bloc of working according to foreign agendas to influence the stability and gains of Kurdistan region.
The parliament discussed at its today's session, the security and service situation in Iraq to urge the local governments to provide these services.
