ARDI is a mobile resource management service provider that helps businesses manage their inventories and operations more efficiently.
This is an amazing company that has seen its stock price make an unwarranted decline at the end of January after Verizon chose to shut down its network supporting ARDI?s communication system.
ARDI has all the elements of a fast-growing technology company. Its revenues are growing extremely fast while most of its costs remain fixed. Each quarter, ARDI?s profit margins get wider and wider.
ARDI certainly doesn?t have to worry about running out of business. It has developed numerous strategic partnerships. Among the list of deep-pocketed partners are wireless industry heavyweights like Alltel, Cingular, Bell Mobility, and Sprint/Nextel. These companies rely on ARDI to provide the mobile resource management systems that their large business customers demand.
Sprint/Nextel advertises their mobile resource management service heavily. I am sure you?ve seen Nextel?s ?dancing guys? commercial. Its aim is to show how Nextel can easily solve a company?s shipping logistics problems. You have ARDI to thank for the technology. Nextel is merely the service provider.
ARDI?s capabilities are virtually limitless and its services are extremely cost effective for all of its customers.
The near-term catalyst is that ARDI has announced a new partnership with Dexterra today that will allow any size business to manage its inventory as efficiently as Wal-Mart.
The addition of Dexterra?s software expertise will further increase the market for real-time mobile inventory management by allowing ARDI products to be used by small businesses.
Furthermore, ARDI is also sitting on over US$115 million in cash and short-term investments. With the growth prospects of ARDI and a market cap of approximately $275 million, ARDI is significantly undervalued.
This stock is too attractive to pass by at its current price. Buy shares of ARDI under US$5.25.
