Thought this might peak the interest of the those investors looking to open a prominent off shore business in Dubai.... I suggest you all get to buying property rigth away!!! Like as of yesterday you should have been buying. Have you ask yourself what you going to do with your next overseas capital gains? I think a modern day hand car wash or a Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen would be nice!

Hi guys! These are indeed very interesting stats... do you know what's the percentage of foreigners in Dubai at the moment? From what I've heard, it seems that a significant part of Dubai property developers (http://www.thefirstgroup.com/) are foreign. Would be interesting to see the current figures for both, the population and the developers/ investment. Please, share them here or let me know where I can find them. Thanks!
