Erbil, July 3 (Rn) - A member of the Commission on Security and Defense Council of Representatives of Iraq Sunday for agreement within the Committee on increasing the salaries of employees of the internal security forces, similar to their counterparts in the Ministry of Defense, indicating that the associate in the Kurdistan region are covered by the increase.

The MP said Hassan Jihad Aldloa in a written statement distributed to the media and received a letter and the news agency Kurdistan (Rn) that "for security and defense committee discussed the increase (in salary) during its meeting today with the Deputy Minister of Finance and a number of general managers in the Ministry of the Interior."
He says, "It was agreed to increase salaries of employees of the internal security forces, retroactive to the beginning of the year."
Aldloa added that "the employees of the internal security forces in the Kurdistan region are covered by this new increase."
It is hoped that the vote on the increase during the hearing on Monday in the Iraqi Council of Representatives, according to Aldloa in his written statement.
