Instructed the governor of Kirkuk, Najm al-Din Omar adding a paragraph (or conservative management is not obliged to accept the lowest bid) on the wording of the contract in contracting for the implementation of service projects.
An official source in the province that the governor discussed at the regular meeting with the directors of departments of Kirkuk, the preparation of project plan 2012 in the end of the month 10 of the current year, and the introduction of large projects within the petro-dollar budget.
He added that he discussed also the subject of his field visit to some districts and areas.
It also touched on a number of problems and needs regarding services and administrative problems for records and respects Qarahanjir Chuan resulting from failure to sort out the land in two areas. (End)
