wow that is low, but what is the conversion?......about 100,000 dinar per hundred dollars. What one do with that kind of money..whew. I bet Joe Iraqi doesn't use the card to buy toilet paper. It's cheaper to just use the currencey notes instead....lol All kiding aside it is cool that the cards are active...jmo

I just tried my Warka debit card at a CitiBank ATM. It did not recognize the account (card). Oh well... I tried.
