A member of the House of Representatives, Dr. (Mahmoud Othman) in the statement of (U-Cord), that the motivation to create problems between the region and the center, is to reduce the powers of the region in terms of economic, political, and non-application of agreements between the Kurds and the Centre.
Osman added that the escalations against the Kurds has increased recently by the Islamic Republic of Iran and Turkey on the one hand, and the central authorities on the other hand, where the output powers of trapped oil and gas without the center region.
