Said an adviser to Prime Minister for the Kurdistan region just Tawfiq Berwari, that al-Maliki pledged to implement all the demands of the Kurdish blocs, including Article 140, pointing out that the danger remains that the Kurdistan Alliance had decided to withdraw from the central government in the event of non-implementation of agreements.
Berwari said: that the delegation of Kurdistan, which met all the political parties stressed that the meetings were positive, especially with Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.
He explained that al-Maliki pledged to the delegation that will be implemented in all the demands of a coalition of Kurdish blocs and the settlement of disputes between the central government and the region, including the application of Article 140, pointing out that the danger remains that the Kurdistan Alliance had decided to withdraw from the central government in the event of non-implementation of agreements.
He added that there are only one problem between Iraq and the rule of law, as leaders must be flexible and provide Atsvo reciprocal concessions to resolve the dispute.
