Erbil: Falah Mustafa received foreign relations official in the Kurdistan Regional Government on Thursday, Mr. (Boom Sook Park) South Korean Ambassador to Iraq, and Mr. (Jwonk Gul goo) Msal Office of the Korean Embassy in the region.

During the meeting they discussed a number of issues of common concern in addition to the continuation and strengthening of bilateral relations between the two sides also discussed the organization of Korean cultural festival in Erbil, the capital, and the current situation on the ground and Iraqi Kurdistan.

In the context of his speech, announced the Korean Ambassador to Iraq that his country intends to organize a cultural festival expanded in Erbil, the capital as part of steps to expand relations with the Kurdistan Region, Mtnumeia that this festival is a step in the extension bridges the convergence of civilization and cultural heritage of the two peoples and to identify the culture of the other. In the context of the meeting both sides reviewed the situation in Iraq and outstanding issues between Erbil and Baghdad and the obstacles that stand in the way of participation in power and the need to consolidate efforts and resources to build a federal democratic Iraq stable and secure.
