North Bank decided to start filing on the shares of Bank of the North as of Thursday 20/10/2011.
North Bank will launch trading in shares of Bank of the North from the meeting Tuesday, 10.25.2011, had completed the company's measures to increase its capital in accordance with Article (55 / I) (20%) and in accordance with Articles (55 / II and III) by (20 %). Any increase of capital of the company (125) billion dinars to (175) billion dinars. The price will be setting up for the first session it is (2.140) JD. Will be the percentage change in the limits (50%) at a higher and lower than the indicative price.
