Othman continued, "The highlight would contain dialogues and negotiations between the Governments of the Federal Territory and is the parties' commitment to the implementation of the Constitution and the national partnership agreement and Erbil and implementation of the demands that the paper received the Kurdish and other outstanding issues."
The delegation from the Kurdistan Regional Government arrived yesterday evening chaired by Barham Salih, and the membership of the Minister of Peshmerga and the Minister of Natural Resources Office of the Presidency and the President of the Region and Chairman of the Cabinet Office and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance and other officials of the Kurdistan Regional Government.
The delegation from the Kurdistan Region visited Baghdad earlier this month and discussed with the officials in the federal government pending issues between the KRG and the federal government, delegation included Fadil Mirani, secretary of the Political Bureau of the KDP and Mullah Bakhtiar, an official working body of the Political Bureau of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Fuad Hussein Chairman of Presidium of the Kurdistan region.
The draft law of oil and gas, which voted by the Council of Ministers and submitted to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives has raised the tension to relations between the Government Center and Overnmhokulaim Kurdistan, which called in reaction to the project, the Council of Ministers to withdraw the bill immediately, because of its incompatibility with the content of the Constitution and the legal avenue within the Council of Ministers according to the statement issued by the Presidency of the province.finished
