Erbil: The Chairman of the Reform Committee in the Kurdistan region Saturday, said a comprehensive strategic plan for the committee include all aspects of the Kurdistan region, noting that the Committee's work has achieved tangible results during the past months.
Azad said Izz al-Din, "The Supreme Committee for reforms in the Kurdistan Region is concerned is currently discussing a plan of long-term strategy for reform in the region, but because of the breadth of aspects of their work is not specified, the date announced so far."
He noted that "the strategic plan include many aspects, including the health, agricultural, and re-distribution of competencies in the relevant institutions, the government of the province, and the elimination of unemployment, in addition to work on a number of laws, especially the legal investment and the Attorney General."
And said Izz al-Din said, "If it does not amend those laws, we will be issuing new laws, and we discuss these Almsaloh at the present time."
And the results of the work of the Committee during the past few months about the reforms, said Izz al-Din, "We believe that the results of the Committee's work was good during the last term, given that the implications of their work emerged a clear change in the positions of civil servants and formal aspects."
The Kurdistan Region President Masoud Barzani, had been presented during the holiday Nowruz last project of administrative reform in the province of Kurdistan, and form a higher committee to oversee the implementation of the project in question, which came in response to the project for political reform and administrative destruction by the forces of the opposition of the three MDC and the Islamic Union of Kurdistan and the group Alasalamahfa Kurdistan Region.
