Ckramaan November 9 (Rn) - A member of the Iraqi Council of Representatives for the Kurdistan Alliance bloc, said on Wednesday that the Declaration of Iraqi provinces certain regions will facilitate the return of the disputed areas between Arbil and Baghdad to Kurdistan region, noting that this fact prompted Bechtel and deputies to accused of supporting the Kurds announced new regions in Iraq.

The proof of Mohammad, told the Kurdish news agency (Rn), that the "Declaration of Iraq's provinces certain regions will facilitate the return of the disputed areas between Arbil and Baghdad to the region so that it would be easier to reach agreement on this issue with one of the regions rather than the central government."
Mohammad added that "the fact that Bechtel and pushed Congress to accuse the Kurds announced support new regions in Iraq."
The House of Salahuddin province, had announced last month that "two-thirds majority vote in favor of turning the province to province administratively and economically independent of the Federal Government."
The announcement came just days after a campaign by the Iraqi security forces, which netted hundreds of people in different parts of the country, including the province of Salahuddin.
The government said that the campaign against Baathists and military officers in the former Iraqi army were planning to overthrow the political process in Iraq and the overthrow of the ruling party after the departure of U.S. troops from the country's year-end.
And allow the Iraqi constitution which was drafted in 2005 for the establishment of the Iraqi provinces of regions with a great deal of financial and administrative independence of the Federal Government as the Constitution allows provinces to establish the territory of one or more subscribers.
