Baghdad (AIN) -The parliamentary investigative commission tasked to investigate the armament deal with Russia revealed that "The Premier, Nouri al-Maliki did not answer the questions that comes within the commission's investigation process over the deal so far."

Member of the commission, Haval Kwistani told All Iraq News Agency " Maliki's nor responding to our questions concerning the armament deal with Russia is a constitutional violation."
"This issue increase our suspicions about the role of Maliki in concluding this deal," he added noting "Also, he did not take any procedure on those suspected of involvement in the corruption accompanied the deal."
"The Commission has sent Maliki written questions about the deal but he did not answer until now," he concluded.
