I would like to see more of these kind of projects..with the high unemployment.

If they would start getting the local folks busy working and when they can see the fruits of their labor, it cannot help but make them feel like they are doing some good and still getting paid doing it!

The fires and other news can sure dampen the economy, but they knew all of that going in, they just need to find a better way to govern the masses and protect their network of facilities.

The key is to get the locals working and paid. If that occurs then they are less likely to have the time or inclination to destroy the generator of their revenue.
