Thanks farquar. You really can't overstate just how much damage Jaafari did by pulling his stunts. Whether he was just a narcissistic freak or an Iranian puppet he caused a lot of problems. At least he's out of the way.

It sounds like alot of the problem could be Iraq lacking its Oil Investment Law, which is soon to be created.
I don't remember any recent news of major oil sabotage that would have created export problems, the only recent problems I've heard of is people stealing the oil,.....
