"ADM" has a corner (quarter) of the ethanol market. "PEIX" plans to build 5 refineries in the North West backed by Bill Gates. Many up and comers in the ethanol market. I think it will be the stepping stone before fuel cells and Hydrogen. People can and will make some good money. Hopefully by the end of our lifetimes we will see "free energy" from magnets excetra. The technology is there but surpressed because of the addiction to petroleum in every facet of the world economy. The oils companies provide most of the funding for R&D in fuel cells although not many of the fuel cell companies have made any profit due to the lack of commitment to cleaner energy and the huge profits from oil. It will be slow to change.

Aventine is another ethanol producing company that is in the mist of an IPO. Don't know the dates.

Look also at "DIL" and "DVSA", two companies that specialize in different enzymes that help speed up the fermentation process of making ethanol among other things.

Ethanol is a Republican pipe dream.
There's a few companies developing bacteria and enzymes to
significantly speed up the process, but to me all of it is very high risk
since the technology is advancing so rapidly.

Solar and Wind is where the real $ is at these days.
Oil Sands is the best replacement for oil and as the technology
advances to get oil from oil sands, ethanol will fall away.

Solar and Wind. I read if solar is at $1 Kwh then it would be good but its at around 3$ and hydro and nuclear are so cheap per hour Just need to work on Efficency and newer tech hopfully XSNX can do that (Since I own their shares :lmao: )

Ian McKlellen was just on Bill Maher and said he had solar panels
put on his house and he's actually getting paid by the utility company
the guy that plays Magneto in the new X-Men movies and played
Gandalf in Lord of the Rings trilogy

Solar panels are expensive but are a lot more efficient than this new glass.
Checked it out some time back

Like say if you have a huge office building in Denver or LA or Phoenix
they can pay for themselves over time but they don't pay for themselves
overnight
