BAGHDAD, May 3 (Reuters) - Iraq's oil exports hit an average 1.619 million barrels per day (bpd) in April, bringing about $3 billion of much needed revenue into the state budget, Oil Minister Hashem al-Hashemi said on Wednesday.

Wow - $3 billion of income in one month. that equates to $36 billion per year at this level.

I expect that this output will rise over the following months too. Won't take long before Iraq is making $75 billion per year from oil exports. this is not including revenus from gas exports.

my prediction is US$0.30 per dinar !!!!!!

Bring it on :D :D

This is great news, however, the real profit starts once they begin refining more of it within Iraq. Right now, they are importing refined fuel, and that eats up a lot of the profits. Once refineries are productive, the real money starts hitting the bottom line.
