Euro Accounts

Does anyone know how a US citizen can open an account with a Swiss bank,HSBC,etc.,through the internet.Would like the account where I deposit US dollars and it is converted into Euros at close to exchange rates.The Euro today is down a lot against the dollar but feel it won't last.Also wouldn't the account also be useful to exchange dinars into Euros especially if the Euro is way up against the dollar in the future which would make the dinar investment even better in Euros?

If for example the dinar reaches 1 dinar=1 US dollar and at the time 1 euro=$1.50,would one receive either 1 USD or .50 Euros?

I live in the US now but am thinking of relocating overseas plus am pessimistic about the dollars future.Can only think of 7 trillion in US debt,Warren Buffet,OPEC switching to Euros,the world's central banks dumping dollars for Euros,the world switching to the euro as the currency reserve,etc.Am thinking Argentine peso time.
