How much oil per day is Iraq pumping? When I left in Feb. I heard is was about 1.5 million barrels a day. Has this changed or was it incorrect?

Reports will vary, but according to most, Iraq has been EXPORTING in the neighborhood of 1.5 mbpd and Extracting 2.1-2.2 mbpd.

Iraq's crude oil production has reached 1.95m bpd, 15% more than the average output for the past 10 months, according to Southern Oil director Hashem Al Hashemi quoted by AFX News. He said average production over the past 10 months has been 1.7m bpd. Iraq's oil sector has been hamstrung by years of sanctions, war and sabotage.
