Quick question.

I have only purchased, in the past, the 25k and 10k bills. Just got an order of the 1k bills. I tried to match them to the ones on www.cbiraq.com and the side with the circle in the middle has different numbers on the bottom left than the ones on the central bank site. any reason for this?

I know your question is already answered, but I have some news for you. The counterfeiters are hard at work in Iraq already trying to do what they did for years under Saddam. I have personally seen their work to duplicate the bills and it is HORRIBLE! The metal strips look like aluminum foil on the outside of the bill, no raised ink, and the watermark is plainly visible all of the time. Someone someday may find a way, but with the current situation there I would be looking to make the 25,000 Dinar bills and not the 1,000.
