Don't post here much. Primarily because of abuse. Amazing when I study the amount that people have invested. How is it that there is so much venom spewed by people with so little invested?

Probably because the people that have invested only a little are expecting the reval to be a high amount. Anyone who questions the idea of a large reval is therefore "dashing" their dreams of becoming an instant millionaire, that is why the venom starts spewing, IMO.

I was just sitting here looking at the poll results and I had a college flashback . . .sorry no pretty colors.

Just looking at it, its funny that the distrbution of dinars looks very similar to a standard bell curve.

I thought I slept thru Econ!

I went to Target and paid $24 for a fire rated lock box. I would definitely have to kill myself if my IQD went up in flames

Have a little over 10 million tucked away in my safe deposit box. Along with photo copies of each and every bills serial number. My bank says they need to send to main branch for authentication. Just a little paranoid. Good news is, my account will be credited at that days rate. (day of authentication)

I have 3 Mil at home, and 3 Mil in an account at warka, in the ISX ...banks

trying to cover a couple of bases....

my plan if we get " lucky "...and get a buck or so...is to cash in the home

stuff, and let the Warka stuff ride a while...

If we get a dime, well, I may cash them all in....or not

I'm an insurance guy so I'll field this one...

Bad news - probably limited to a $250 money & securities limit on your homeowners insurance policy for theft (possibly more if due to a fire or other peril). Unlikely that you could insure it for more (but possibly up to ~ $1000 depending on your insurance company).

just bought a million more dinar, currently i only have 117, 000 mainly because im only 16 and cant afford much more, but i decided that $1k (AUS) is not really that much to risk to possibly make 100 times that. Now im really wishing for a 0.30 or higher reval, so i can get enough for a house. Im praying that Adsters rumour ($2 reval) will make me a millionaire though. . . i just love saying that millionaire :D

Wise decision Rhys considering your age. If only more youngsters would follow your shoes and "invest" a small portion of their limited funds rather than blow it all, they would be in much better shape when they get to bigger responsibilities. I have a 15 year old niece which I talked into jumping on board. She also has about 100K dinar.
