The Commonwealth Business Council had been due to host a two-day forum of policymakers and business leaders from the Middle East and North Africa beginning Sept. 7.
But Wednesday it said the conference would be postponed until the end of October, since some of the participants, mostly from the Middle East, were worried about tighter security procedures at U.K. airports and the extra time taken to travel from London.

I don't think it was postponed due to security fears but because travel takes too long through the airports and they are waiting until security is a bit more relaxed. If I were a high profile politician I would want to spend as little time at an airport as possible limitting my exposure. JMO
