Maybe someone can help me with this??
go to the central bank site http://www.cbiraq.org/
click on 'statistics', then click 'key financial indicators' NEW
you'll get a PDF with latest stats for currency in circulation included,
The amount that is listed for 'In circulation' ~Is that billions or trillions?I hope it is Billions , `cause if it is trillions,
would seem the market is flooded! :(

The amount in circulation is in the trillions. I've heard 3 or 4 trillion, probably closer to 4 trillion. With the current GDP, that supports the market price of 1460 dinars/dollar. GDP growing at a 50% rate does help, along with a boosting of foreign reserves (dollars through oil sales), plus the possibility of significant debt forgiveness gives us a strong possibility of a significant boost in the exchange rate.
